Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to the official return and refund policy of the brand/vendor from which your item was purchased (e.g., Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Wayfair, etc.). Each brand has its own procedures, timelines, and conditions for returns or exchanges.
What You Should Do
- Visit the vendor’s website and locate their return/refund page
- Contact their customer service directly to initiate the process
- Keep your order confirmation and tracking details on hand
How We Support
If you need help navigating the vendor’s process, we’re happy to assist. However, please note that we do not control or process returns ourselves.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with the vendor if they have processed the refund to us. Upon receiving the refund we will process from our end in 3-5 business days.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
